Gloves vs Mits is always a difficult one. Mits keep your hands warm to a point but there are times you need more warmth. This is what the Claw gloves do but even though they are pre-shaped you do still get some arm-pump. I use these gloves when it’s proper cold but I accept that I will do a couple of runs and then have to stop and take the gloves off for a few minutes to stop the arm-pump. I use my mits far more which give less arm-pump.
