Who is SeverneShop?

SeverneShop is an online store totally committed to Severne windsurf equipment and the customers who love the brand. We are the only retailer who actually stocks all the kit from sails to booms, deckplates to clothing.

We are not a part of Severne but an independent retailer owned by the Greentrees Group. The website was set up in 2010 and is fully endorsed by Ben Severne.

How can I pay?

We take all major credit cards, PayPal or Klarna. We cannot accept cheques. All online payments are taken securely through our WorldPay payment gateway.

How do you deliver items?

We deliver most items by carrier 5 day delivery. Smaller items are sent by post. Items ordered after 3pm do not qualify for next working day delivery.

Do you give free advice?

Of course, our team riders have massive experience of the brand so know all the answers. Just call us on +44 (0)7515 553535 and we will steer you in the right direction. You can also catch up with the team around the country in the Team QSW race vehicle when they attend all major windsurfing events. Just introduce yourself as a SeverneShop customer and they will make you more than welcome.

Do you sell to beginners?

Severne kit is generally known for being the kit for windsurfers intermediate upwards. Call us on +44 (0)7515 553535 if you want any advice at ANY level.

Can I try the kit?

We are the only windsurf retailer to have 2 Demo Vans specifically equipped for you to try new kit ‘on the beach’. The vans carry over 16 boards and 12 sails for customers to try – the Team QSW vehicle even travels around to the windsurfing events to make it as easy as possible for you to speak to us. Our local Demo van is always loaded with great kit to try but always call us first to make sure we have the kit you want onboard.

What if I don’t get on with what I have bought?

From time to time our customers need to swap or change kit that doesn’t suit them. Only at SeverneShop we have a 10 day exchange policy – if you are not happy and the item is still packaged as it was when you received it, just return it to us and we can exchange it for another item of the same value or higher. If the item has been used then just call us and we can work something out between us.

When is the shop open?

SeverneShop is designed to be essentially online, but we are open for support 7 days a week, and if visiting us ideally call us so we can can have expert on hand to answer your questions.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are essentially we’re open most of the time! You can call us and book a shop session any day provided our team riders are available. We are always on the phone (within reason) so just call us.

How experienced are your staff?

Our team riders have all been sailing over 25 years – Neil has only used Severne kit since 2006! He is probably one of the most knowledgable people on Severne kit over the years in the world!
